Key Responsibilities: - Customizing DealCloud workflows, dashboards, data models, and templates based on evolving business needs. - Building and maintaining custom fields, forms, and layouts for tracking assets, pipelines, entities, leases, and more. - Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all DealCloud records. - Creating custom reports and dashboards for deal pipeline, asset performance, and leasing activity. - Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and streamline business processes through CRM automation.
