Deal Closure Associate

As a Deal Closure Associate at Vutto, located in Sec 19 Dwarka, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in the procurement of bikes directly from everyday sellers. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a rapport with customers, negotiate effectively, and successfully close deals following the evaluation conducted by our inspection team. Your key responsibilities will include reaching out to sellers post-inspection, addressing any objections they may have (related to price, delays, or competition), and ultimately building trust and urgency to secure same-day closures. Additionally, you will collaborate with field teams for pickups and post-sales teams for seamless transactions while maintaining accurate updates in our CRM system. The ideal candidate for this role would possess at least 13 years of experience in sales and negotiation. You should have a knack for establishing deep connections with customers, guiding them towards informed decisions, and be proficient in Hindi. Being street-smart, sharp, and someone who thrives on the challenge of closing tough deals is essential. Additionally, you must be willing to work on weekends to capitalize on the real action, with weekdays designated as your days off.
