Job Description

We are looking for a

skilled and creative Cake Chef / Cake Maker

to prepare visually stunning cakes and desserts for

brand photoshoots, campaigns, and product catalogues

. The role requires strong baking expertise combined with an eye for aesthetics and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cakes and desserts specifically for
photoshoots and marketing campaigns
Ensure cakes are
fresh, visually perfect, and aligned with brand aesthetics
Collaborate with the
creative, styling, and photography teams
during shoots
Customize designs, textures, frosting, and finishes as per shoot requirements
Maintain
consistent quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
Handle multiple cake styles including
theme cakes, bento cakes, pastries, and desserts
Assist in
new product trials and recipe standardization
Ensure timely preparation and availability of products for scheduled shoots

Requirements

Proven experience as a
Cake Chef / Baker / Pastry Chef
Strong knowledge of
cake baking, frosting, decoration, and finishing
Experience working on
photoshoots or product presentation
is a plus
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Understanding of modern cake trends and aesthetics
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Expertise in
buttercream, fondant, ganache, and textured finishes
Ability to replicate designs consistently
Experience in
commercial or brand-led baking setups
