Job Description

Job Title: Continental Chef
Department: Kitchen / Culinary
Reports to :Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes (e.g., pasta, grilled meats, salads, soups, sauces, etc.).
  • Ensure food presentation is consistent with the restaurant’s standards.
  • Follow recipes and create new menu items as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes.
  • Control portion sizes and minimize food waste.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients in continental cuisine.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
