Kitchen Management:  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.  Manage inventory, raw material ordering, and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Team Leadership:  Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff as per company SOP and to enhance their culinary skills and uphold the brand's culinary standards.  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among kitchen staff. Quality Control:  Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.  Conduct regular tastings and inspections to ensure adherence to recipes and standards. Cost Management:  Develop and manage the kitchen budget, controlling costs without compromising on quality.  Monitor food wastage and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Customer Satisfaction:  Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.  Address customer feedback and continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience. Adaptability:  Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies in cloud kitchen operations. Qualifications & Qualities:  Proven experience as Chef, preferably in a cloud kitchen.  Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a dynamic kitchen environment continuously striving to improve revenue.  In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
