The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of performance marketing campaigns to drive the digital channel migration agenda. The Manager is also responsible for driving the digital sales for the bank through focused performance campaigns and management of the lead generation platforms - web, mobile & IB | |||||
Key Responsibilities | |||||
Create and manage the overall performance marketing strategy and execution to drive the digital channel acquisition, retention and activation agenda Build analytical business cases including deep diving reports, for channels to take marketing actions utilizing a range of performance marketing techniques including paid search, email, social and display marketing Drive data insights to optimize cost of acquisition, increase engagement and frequency of visitations on the digital platforms Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs as defined for each campaign) Manage campaign optimization to scale performing channels on predefined business metrics of CPD/CPC/CPR, which requires building a solid remarketing list and managing the cross-sell of digital channels based on the list. Collaborate with digital product teams for sales funnel optimization across all digital platforms including app and website to improve conversions percentages, focusing on on-site optimization as well as media optimization | |||||
Qualification: | |||||
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Post-Graduation (MBA preferred) from a recognized institute. Google ppc certification, digital certifications preferred | |||||
Role Proficiencies: | |||||
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels, conversion funnel optimization with the goal of new customer acquisition Solid understanding of digital ecosystem and direct marketing performance metric e.g. cpc/cpm/cpr/cpd etc. Expertise in using analytical tools viz GA, DB, Mobile attribution and has hands on experience in campaign set-up and reporting using these tools |
