Communicates well to a wide range of audiences with ease and comfort 11+ years of hands on and proven experience in Mainframe Technologies - DB2, COBOL, and JCL Expertise on administration of one or more relational databases - DB2, MS SQL, ORACLE etc Proven knowledge on performance tuning and ensuring high availability of infrastructure Hands on experience in database migration between different flavors of databases and across different platforms Proficient in all version upgrades Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent Technical experience
