As a Data/Information Management AVP at our company, you will be a seasoned professional responsible for contributing to the development of new techniques and processes within the area or function. Your role will involve driving enhancements and projects to create efficiencies through automation and standardization. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position: Responsibilities: - Project management and governance experience with a track record of achieving critical milestones - Independently managing end-to-end business partner communication and collaborating with different departments to understand reporting needs - Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment, working effectively as part of a team - Driving automation and standardization of existing processes to improve efficiency - Continuously improving processes and strategies by evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Working closely with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies - Proficiency in data analysis, formulating analytical methodology, and identifying patterns and anomalies in data Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Data/Information Management - Excellent data and technical skills with hands-on experience in Python, Pyspark, and SQL - Advanced analytic ability and problem-solving skills to address business questions with data-driven solutions - Working experience in a quantitative field, preferably in the Financial/Credit Card industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a matrix environment - Automation and process re-engineering/optimization skills - Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience If you are a person with a disability and require accommodation to use our search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review the Accessibility at Citi.
