Data/Information Mgt Analyst 2

The TTS Analytics team provides analytical insights to the Product, Pricing, Client Experience and Sales functions within the global Treasury & Trade Services business. The team focuses on driving acquisitions, cross-sell, revenue growth, and improvements in client experience by extracting relevant insights, identifying business opportunities, and converting business problems into analytical frameworks. Using big data tools and machine learning algorithms, the team builds predictive models and other solutions, as well as designs go-to-market strategies for a wide range of business challenges. The role of Data/Information Mgt Analyst 2 (C10) in the TTS Analytics team involves working on various analyses throughout the year related to business problems across the client life cycle, including acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention for the TTS business. Responsibilities include setting up and optimizing data pipelines using big data technologies like PySpark, Scala, and Hive, as well as working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB to manage and retrieve data effectively. Designing and deploying interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize data insights and provide stakeholders with actionable information is also a key aspect of the role. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in data analytics, or a Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience in data analytics. Essential qualifications include marketing analytics experience, proficiency in designing and deploying Tableau dashboards, strong experience in data engineering and building data pipelines, as well as familiarity with big data technologies like PySpark, Scala, and Hive. Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database systems, along with skills in financial services and different analytical methods, are considered advantageous.
