Database Testing

As a Lead Database Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ETL/Database systems through manual and API testing. With your 10+ years of experience in the field, including 2+ years of hands-on API testing and leadership experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3-5 members directly. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong expertise in data validation and transformation across multiple platforms - Utilize Advanced SQL skills for data verification and backend testing (DML, DDL, Functions, Triggers, stored procedures) - Contribute to test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management - Conduct manual testing of web applications, covering UI, functional, and integration testing - Utilize test management tools such as JIRA/ADO effectively - Work in Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery - Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to resolve issues - Translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios - Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience in ETL/Database and manual testing - Minimum 2 years of hands-on API Testing experience - Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, including team management - Proficiency in communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders Location: Noida, Chennai & Bangalore If you are passionate about technology and seeking to advance your career with a leading global IT services organization, this immediate requirement for a Lead Database Tester could be the perfect opportunity for you.
