Database Support Engineer (DSE)

You’ll be responsible for managing support cases, collaborating with R&D and project teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert database support & client advice
• Manage SLA tickets, incidents & troubleshooting
• Collaborate with R&D & PM teams on solutions
• Maintain technical documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in IT (or 3+ yrs relevant experience)
• Strong SQL, database, DWH & BI knowledge
• Familiarity with ETL tools & reporting tools
• Programming skills in Python, Java, Lua, or R
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
