Database Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain database objects including Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Indexes in SQL Server (2008, 2012, 2014). Develop business logic using.NET C# following object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Conduct in-depth code reviews and database performance analysis. Optimize SQL queries and implement best practices for performance tuning. Perform database maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures. Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or other BI tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver robust applications. Support the database lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Essential Skills: Good Programmatically skills on SQL Server 2008, 2012 and 2014. Performance tuning, Code Review - DB Database Design, analysis, and Administration skills. Preferred Skills: SQL Server Reporting and Analysis Service. PostgreSQL hands on. Business intelligence studio. Any data visualization tools.
