: Database Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining program data systems, ensuring data quality, supporting collection processes, conducting analyses, and providing accurate reports for donor and internal requirements. The role ensures effective use of monitoring tools and dashboards while supporting programmatic decision-making through data insigh

  • data.Coordinate with multiple teams (program, operations, hub, MarCom, donors) to ensure timely repo
  • rting.Support in-depth data analysis for Level 3 (L3) and Level 4 (L4) program re
  • views.Assist in deriving key programmatic insights from data to inform deci

sions.4. Monitoring Tool and Dashboard
