Database Administrator

As a versatile Database Administrator (DBA) with 2+ years of experience in the healthcare domain, you will be responsible for managing and configuring databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle DB within our dynamic team. Your expertise in backend technologies including web APIs, WCF services, and microservices architecture will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and security compliance in the healthcare environment. Your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining database systems, creating and configuring web APIs and WCF services, tuning databases for optimal performance, and working on database provisioning and management within a microservices architecture. Additionally, you will be involved in developing efficient queries, stored procedures, and class libraries for database operations, implementing robust security protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, establishing backup and recovery procedures, and maintaining technical documentation. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle DB administration, have a strong understanding of .Net Core web API creation and WCF services configuration, and possess experience in developing and managing Class Libraries for database interactions. Knowledge of database providers such as SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, familiarity with microservices architecture, and experience with tools for database monitoring and optimization will be highly beneficial.
