As the Manager of Office Administration at our Tirupur regional office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations with a focus on administrative support, financial oversight, inventory management, vendor relationship management, coordination with service engineers, Head Office coordination, and customer liaison. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will support the preparation of financial reports, manage petty cash, and coordinate with the Centralized Accounts Team at the Head Office for routine accounting tasks. You will also schedule and coordinate service engineer visits, maintain vendor relationships, and act as a liaison between the company and its clients. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in office administration or a similar role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic understanding of accounting principles, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.
