About The Role

Project Role :Database Administrator

Project Role Description :Design, implement and maintain databases. Install database management systems (DMBS). Develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution.
Must have skills :Database Management

Good to have skills :NoSQL, Data Warehouse ETL Testing, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Database Administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the database systems support the organization''s needs effectively and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Monitor database performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Database Management.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), NoSQL, Data Warehouse ETL Testing.

Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.

Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Database Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
