About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) Implementor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on DAM projects, implementing robust monitoring solutions, and ensuring database security compliance for large-scale enterprises. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining DAM tools while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and configure Database Activity Monitoring solutions (such as Imperva SecureSphere, or similar) across multiple database environments.

* Integrate DAM tools with SIEM platforms and other security solutions.

* Define and enforce security policies for database monitoring.

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and operational guidelines.

* Work closely with DBAs, network engineers, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on DAM operations.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Database Activity Monitoring implementation.

* Strong experience with DAM tools such as Imperva SecureSphere, or equivalent.

* Deep understanding of database architectures (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

* Experience integrating DAM solutions with SIEM and other security frameworks.

* Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

* Excellent communication and documentation skills.

* Willingness to relocate to the Saudi - UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
