Job Description

Experience: 10-18 years

NP: Immediate joiners are preferred or candidates serving NP can join within 20 days

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end data warehouse solutions using modern data platforms
Define data models (star/snowflake schema), data marts, and OLAP structures
Create and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from various sources (structured, semi-structured)
Collaborate with business and data teams to translate requirements into scalable data architecture
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are met
Optimize data storage and query performance for analytical workloads
Develop data strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Guide and mentor data engineering teams on best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong experience with data warehousing concepts, architecture, and best practices
Expertise in dimensional modeling, data lakes, and data marts
Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms
Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools
Excellent SQL and performance tuning skills
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD for data pipelines, and version control (Git)
Strong understanding of data governance, cataloging, and security
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus

Required skills:

Tools & Technologies Cloud Platform : Azure (Data Bricks, DevOps, Data factory, azure synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, blob storage, Databricks Delta Lake)

Languages : Python/PL/SQL/SQL/C/C++/Java

Databases : Snowflake/ MS SQL Server/Oracle

Design Tools : Erwin & MS Visio.

Data warehouse tools : SSIS, SSRS, SSAS. Power Bi, DBT, Talend Stitch, PowerApps, Informatica 9, Cognos 8, OBIEE.

Any cloud exp is good to have.
