Data Warehouse Analyst - US Healthcare

As a Senior EDW Analyst / Consultant in US Healthcare at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions specifically tailored for healthcare datasets such as claims, eligibility, enrollment, EHR/EMR, provider, and pharmacy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data models. - Building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, and integration of healthcare data. - Ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CMS mandates, NCQA quality reporting, and HEDIS. - Enabling analytics and reporting to support actuarial, clinical, quality, and operational decision-making. - Partnering with data governance teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. - Supporting initiatives in population health, risk adjustment, care management, and value-based care programs. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in EDW development and support within the US healthcare industry. - Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.). - Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, and BigQuery. - Experience with healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, DRG, and HCC. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
