Only Immediate Joiners can Apply for Bangalore Location About the Role We are seeking a seasoned EDW professional with a strong background in US healthcare data to join our Bangalore team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data warehouse solutions that support payer and provider business operations, regulatory reporting, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with healthcare data domains and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, CMS, and NCQA. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions tailored for healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, enrollment, EHR/EMR, provider, and pharmacy). • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data models. • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration of healthcare data. • Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS mandates, NCQA quality reporting, HEDIS). • Enable analytics and reporting to support actuarial, clinical, quality, and operational decision-making. • Partner with data governance teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. • Support initiatives in population health, risk adjustment, care management, and value-based care programs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in EDW development and support within the US healthcare industry. • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.). • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, BigQuery). • Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, DRG, HCC). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work cross-functionally. • Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
