Data Visualization Specialist

As a skilled professional in the field of MIS reporting, data analytics, or Business Intelligence within the Banking/Financial Services sector, your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end development and delivery of MIS reports and dashboards. These reports and dashboards will support various aspects of the credit card and lending portfolio, including acquisition, early engagement, customer management, rewards, retention, and attrition. By partnering with business stakeholders, you will gain insights into their requirements and provide actionable insights through automated reporting solutions. Your role will involve maintaining and optimizing existing SAS-based reporting processes, while also taking the lead in migrating towards Python/PySpark on Big Data platforms. Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing and constructing interactive dashboards in Tableau for senior leadership and regulatory reporting purposes. To ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the reporting life cycle, you will build and implement an automated audit framework. Collaboration with Data Engineering and IT teams will be essential to leverage data lakes and enterprise data platforms effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing within the team. Your support for ad-hoc analysis and audits, with a sharp focus on data integrity, will be crucial in providing quick turnarounds when needed.
