Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Data Visualization Analyst, where your main responsibility will be transforming complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable visual insights to drive informed decision-making across various business functions. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using leading data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using various tools to meet business requirements and provide actionable insights. - Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data presented in all visualizations, working with data engineering teams to resolve any discrepancies. - Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and adherence to best practices. - Leverage advanced features of various visualization platforms to create sophisticated and user-friendly interfaces. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, data sources, and visualization logic. Qualifications: - Expert-level proficiency in leading data visualization tools Tableau and Microsoft Power BI; Use of Alteryx, KNIME, or similar for data clean up; Experience with Mendix preferred. - Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Azure Synapse). - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail in data accuracy, visual precision, and overall presentation quality. - Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. - 3+ years of professional experience in a dedicated Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics role, with a strong focus on dashboard and report development.,
