You are seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive track, planning, and execution for critical Data Platform initiatives. As a seasoned TPM proficient in navigating complex technical data environments, your role will provide desperately needed help to development teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage internal customer and cross-team relationships, technology development, project scheduling, and documentation. - Coordinate team performance on multiple technology projects, including schedules, timelines, cross-team collaboration, and product backlog health. - Act as Scrum Master to coach the scrum team and ensure smooth project communication. - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of programs related to the company's core Data Platform. - Coordinate and align multiple teams (Engineering, Product, and Delivery) to ensure timely delivery of data initiatives. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of data platforms, architecture, and pipelines to guide engineering decisions. - Define program scope, objectives, resource requirements, and schedules. Monitor progress and manage critical path for projects. - Proactively identify and mitigate technical, personnel, and process risks. - Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to engineering teams, senior leadership, and delivery partners. - Drive efficiency and predictability in the data platform development lifecycle. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 6-12 years of dedicated experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM). - Must have a strong technical background in data.
