Data Support Engineer

As a Data Support Engineer at ValueMomentum, you will be responsible for providing strong SQL support with expertise in T-SQL / PLSQL, including handling complex queries and possessing overall SQL knowledge. Your proficiency in SSRS and Azure Synapse is essential, with hands-on experience being a requirement. Additionally, any experience with Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or ClickView would be beneficial for this role. In this position, you will be expected to support Data warehouse L2, L3 type of production support engagements. You should be capable of independently working with business users to understand required changes or resolve issues and defects efficiently. Reporting status back to customers or leads on a daily basis and promptly escalating when necessary are key aspects of this role.
