About the Project

Key Responsibilities

For L1 Engineers (0–2 yrs):

• Perform

  image/data annotation

  using Photoshop or similar tools.
• Review, validate, and maintain accuracy of image and data outputs.
  
• Follow defined

  SOPs and SLAs

  for data quality and escalation.
• Log and track issues related to tools or data and escalate as required.
  
• Work collaboratively with leads across rotational shifts.
  

For Team Leads (5–6 yrs):

• Manage and mentor shift teams of L1 Engineers.
  
• Oversee daily operations, quality checks, and reporting.
  
• Coordinate with client and internal teams for process alignment.
  
• Ensure service delivery excellence and process improvement.
  
• Support troubleshooting and shift scheduling as per 24x7 operations.
  

Required Skills

• Strong attention to visual detail and accuracy.
  
• Hands-on experience with

  Photoshop or image processing tools

  (preferred).
• Good understanding of

  data quality / validation processes

  .
• Excellent communication and reporting ability.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (mandatory).
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc

  in

  Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics

  .
• For Leads – prior

  team handling or shift management experience

  required.
