Data Solution Analyst

As a Senior Data Solution Analyst within the Data & Analytics Office in Mumbai/Thane, your primary role is to implement cutting-edge data marts and data solutions that align with the business requirements. These solutions will be developed within and outside the Data Analytics Office, falling under the Data Management practices. Your key responsibility lies in providing innovative data solutions to address daily business challenges. A crucial aspect of your role involves understanding source systems databases and constructing data pipelines for Data Lake and Cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of data management practices, data quality, data development framework, and the latest technology stack within the SDLC. - Engaging in data mart design, framework optimization, and enhancing data practices, processes, standards, and rules. - Designing and deploying ETL data pipelines/rules and establishing monitoring mechanisms. - Analyzing data concerns/issues, collaborating with business stakeholders to address them, and devising effective solutions. - Leveraging knowledge of new-generation tech stack technologies to enhance data mart solutioning. - Collaborating with the team to bring data expertise to the Data Analytics office. Additionally, you will be expected to have a minimum of 8 to 14 years of experience in the Data Management office, preferably within the Banking domain. Your managerial and leadership responsibilities will include: 1) Leading a team of 2-5 developers effectively. 2) Demonstrating a strong grasp of the technology stack. 3) Possessing techno-functional knowledge and delivery leadership qualities. Your success in this role will be measured by: - The successful implementation of Data Solution and Management frameworks across business lines, particularly in Retail Banking and Cards Domain. - Delivering effective data solutions that address business problems efficiently.,
