Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3-6 years experience for Bangalore location. Need candidates who can join us in short notice.

Key Responsibilities

You will be working on a variety of challenging problems involving descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics with customers in different industries such as financial services, telecommunications and retail.
You will be tasked with building and operationalizing models such as customer segmentation models, purchase propensity models, recommendation models, churn models, anomaly detection models, time-series prediction models, etc.
You will use a variety of algorithms from packages such as scikit-learn, statsmodels, Xgboost, tensorflow and pytorch.
You’ll also use state-of-the-art MLOps practices to help evaluate different models, manage them and deploy them to production.
Since you’ll be working on deploying models in production, you are also responsible for upholding a high standard of code quality and writing and maintaining documentation and tests for the code you write and models you develop.
Finally, we are looking for creative thinkers to help us innovate as we work without customers and help develop reusable assets that can work across different customer engagements.
Deep understanding of the algorithms (theory and application) that you have worked on.
Strong proficiency in Python is necessary. Knowledge of data mining, cleaning, data visualisation and modelling using open source python libraries
