Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Scientist at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge AI-powered search and research tools. Your primary responsibility will be to convert complex datasets into valuable insights, thus playing a key role in advancing productivity and intelligence tool development. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the data transformation layer using dbt and SQL. - Design scalable data models and maintain business logic. - Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations with modern BI tools. - Collaborate with various teams to uncover crucial insights. - Work with diverse structured and unstructured data sources such as Snowflake and MongoDB. - Translate business inquiries into data-driven recommendations. - Support experimentation and A/B testing strategies across teams. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles. - Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Python (pandas, plotly, etc.). - Experience with BI tools, dashboard creation, and working with multiple data sources. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams. - Familiarity with Snowflake, MongoDB, Airflow, startup experience, or a background in experimentation is a bonus.
