We are hiring a skilled and innovative Data Scientist for an exciting Conversational AI Bot project. We’re seeking someone with deep knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, strong hands-on experience with modern NLP tech stacks, and the ability to build and deploy Small Language Models (SLMs).

Responsibilities:

8 - 10yrs of Experience into AI/ML along with strong proficiency in Python.
Design, develop, and optimize Conversational AI Bots using advanced NLP techniques
Build and fine-tune Small Language Models (SLMs) and integrate them into conversational flows
Use frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar to develop memory-aware, context-rich dialogue systems
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and embedding techniques for intelligent responses
Deploy custom-trained models on AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda) or Azure (e.g., AKS, ML Studio)
Proficient with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement of conversational performance
