We are hiring a skilled and innovative Data Scientist for an exciting Conversational AI Bot project. We’re seeking someone with deep knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, strong hands-on experience with modern NLP tech stacks, and the ability to build and deploy Small Language Models (SLMs).

Responsibilities:

• 8 - 10yrs of Experience into AI/ML along with strong proficiency in Python.
• Design, develop, and optimize Conversational AI Bots using advanced NLP techniques
• Build and fine-tune Small Language Models (SLMs) and integrate them into conversational flows
• Use frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar to develop memory-aware, context-rich dialogue systems
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and embedding techniques for intelligent responses
• Deploy custom-trained models on AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda) or Azure (e.g., AKS, ML Studio)
• Proficient with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous improvement of conversational performance
