Data Scientist

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced System Analyst Data Scientist Lead to join our growing AI & Data Science team. In this role, you will lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy cutting-edge machine learning solutions that drive business value.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as LDA, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience in time series forecasting, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure ML stack, Python, and Django.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end data science workflows, from data engineering to model deployment.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and production deployment.
• Implement supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Use MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow for CI/CD and model lifecycle management.
• Monitor and optimize deployed models for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on ML advancements and contribute to innovation within the team.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum 60% in any two of the following: Secondary, Higher Secondary, and Graduation.
• Minimum 55% in the third.
