Job Responsibilities
Short Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist - AI/ML & Generative AI Architect and Developerwith deep expertise in Python , Data Science , and Artificial Intelligence . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, and a passion for exploring the frontiers of Generative AI . This role requires a blend of architectural vision and hands-on development to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions across domains.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures using Python and modern frameworks.

Develop and deploy Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) for real-world applications.

Lead end-to-end data science projectsdata collection, preprocessing, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and researchers.

Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and communicate results to stakeholders.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies and integrate them into solutions.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI practices.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

Strong programming skills in Python with experience in libraries such as NumPy , Pandas , Scikit-learn , TensorFlow , PyTorch , and Transformers .

Deep understanding of machine learning , deep learning , NLP , and Generative AI techniques.

Experience with LLMs , prompt engineering , fine-tuning , and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) .

Hands-on experience in data analysis , data processing , and model deployment .

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps tools.

Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and system design.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Plotly, Dash, Streamlit).

Familiarity with DevOps , CI/CD pipelines , and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of scientific computing , research methodologies , and academic publishing .

Exposure to multi-modal AI , image generation , or audio synthesis .

Understanding of ethical AI , bias mitigation , and AI governance .

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science , Data Science , Artificial Intelligence , or related fields.

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML.

Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
