To excel as an AI Incubator Data Scientist, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science or equivalent commercial experience. You must have experience working with senior stakeholders across the data science life cycle, from idea inception to delivery in a production environment. Your ability to translate technical work into business terms and effectively communicate value to stakeholders is essential. Commercial experience in applying machine learning techniques, such as clustering, classification, regression, and NLP, to generate business value is crucial. Proficiency in writing production-standard code with a strong understanding of key coding principles, particularly in Python and SQL, is a must. Familiarity with AWS data science and AI services, including SageMaker and Bedrock, is desired. Additionally, knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, the RAG framework, data visualization software like Tableau, and code management methodologies is beneficial. Furthermore, experience in front-end development frameworks like Angular/React Flask/Streamlit, MVC architecture, Agentic AI, and working in a big data environment using PySpark are highly valued skills that can enhance your role as an AI Incubator Data Scientist. Your role will be based in Pune and aims to utilize innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from the bank's data reserves. These insights will inform strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organization. Key responsibilities include identifying, collecting, and extracting data from various sources, performing data cleaning and transformation, developing efficient data pipelines, and designing statistical and machine learning models.
