Data Scientist

We're looking for an innovative Data Scientist to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive data-informed decisions across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable strategies that enhance product performance, growth, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

Develop machine learning models and algorithms to predict trends and improve decision-making.

Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design and deploy analytical tools.

Communicate insights clearly through visualizations and reports.

Optimize and automate data workflows to improve efficiency.

Stay updated on emerging trends in data science, AI, and analytics tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.

Proficiency in Python or R, with experience using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Strong understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

Familiarity with statistical modeling, A/B testing, and predictive analytics.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
