Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Scientist specializing in AI/ML & GenAI, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs) to develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to drive data-informed decisions and optimize business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Extract, process, and validate both structured and unstructured data. - Build and deploy ML/DL models, including LLMs and GenAI applications. - Develop scalable and reproducible model training and deployment pipelines. - Translate business problems into analytical solutions. - Design data visualizations and dashboards for clear insight delivery. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams. - Implement agile practices for timely delivery of data products. - Ensure model performance, scalability, and adaptability. Qualification Required: - Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. - Proficiency in GenAI, specifically LLMs and generative AI frameworks. - Expertise in NLP tasks like text classification, summarization, and language modeling. - Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Soft skills such as analytical thinking, business intuition, storytelling, and cross-team communication.
