Data Scientist & AI Specialist

As a Data Scientist specializing in AI/ML & GenAI, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs) to develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to drive data-informed decisions and optimize business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include extracting, processing, and validating both structured and unstructured data, as well as building and deploying ML/DL models, including LLMs and GenAI applications. You will be expected to develop scalable and reproducible model training and deployment pipelines, translate business problems into analytical solutions, and design data visualizations and dashboards for clear insight delivery. Collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams, as well as the implementation of agile practices for timely delivery of data products, will also be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring model performance, scalability, and adaptability. To excel in this role, you should have experience with ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Proficiency in GenAI, specifically LLMs and generative AI frameworks, as well as expertise in NLP tasks like text classification, summarization, and language modeling, will be essential. Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is also required. Furthermore, soft skills such as analytical thinking, business intuition, storytelling, and cross-team communication will be beneficial in this position.
