Data Science Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive maintenance models to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime across industrial operations.

• Design and implement generative AI solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges, including energy, utilities, and manufacturing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into SDILs cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and security.

• Lead the development of machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.

• Utilize advanced data visualization tools to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing emerging AI technologies relevant to SDILs strategic initiatives.

• Ensure the robustness and accuracy of data pipelines and workflows, leveraging cloudbased architectures.

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a high-performing analytics team.

• Partner with Brahmaand.AI and Coredge.IO teams to align AI and cloud strategies with SDILs operational goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, iterating to improve accuracy and business impact.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven expertise in predictive maintenance, generative AI, and cloud-based solutions, with 710 years of relevant experience.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, along with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Demonstrated success in deploying AI models in industrial contexts, particularly within energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors.

Educational Background

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Preferred: Advanced certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Computing from reputed institutions
