Data Science Lead

The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. You should have a strong understanding of Data Science, machine learning, and deep learning principles and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is required. You should be an experienced data scientist who can use Python to build various AI models for banking product acquisition, deepening, and retention. The ability to drive data-driven personalization, customer segmentation in accordance with banks" data privacy and security standards is essential. You should be an expert in applying ML techniques such as classification, clustering, deep learning, optimization methods, supervised and unsupervised techniques. You must be able to optimize model performance and scalability for real-time inference and deployment. Experimenting with different hyperparameters and model configurations to improve AI model quality is expected. Ensure AI ML solutions are developed, and validations are performed in accordance with Responsible AI guidelines and standards. Working knowledge and experience in ML Ops are a must, and an engineering background is preferred. Excellent command of data warehousing concepts and SQL is necessary. Knowledge of personal banking products is a plus. The preferred skills for this role include NLP, Gen AI, LLM, PowerBI, Advanced Analytics, and Banking exposure.
