Role Overview: As an instructor at Pickl.AI, you will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs on data science and data engineering for students at partner institutions. You will have the opportunity to delve into various aspects of Machine Learning, embrace diverse responsibilities, and demonstrate complete ownership of your assignments. Your role will involve educating and guiding students on topics such as data analysis, machine learning, statistics, data visualization, and other relevant subjects. It will be your responsibility to craft instructional materials like lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments. Staying informed about the latest advancements in data science is crucial, and you will be expected to integrate new trends into the curriculum. Practical case studies should be integrated into your teaching to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, you will offer support to students throughout their learning journey, including responding to queries and providing feedback on assignments and projects. Collaboration with fellow instructors and team members to refine the curriculum and training programs will be essential. Participation in meetings and training sessions to enhance instructional techniques is encouraged. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades is also part of the role.
