Role Overview: You will be working as a Spec Analytics Analyst (C11) in the TTS Analytics team at Citi. Your main responsibilities will include working on various analyses throughout the year to solve business problems related to client acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention within the TTS business. You will be involved in data science and business analytics projects, developing machine learning models, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Work on multiple analyses throughout the year on business problems across the client life cycle including acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention for the TTS business - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address business needs - Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders - Leverage various analytical approaches, tools, and techniques to provide data-driven insights and machine learning solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 5-8 years of experience in data science and analytics - Marketing analytics experience - Experience in sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, and retention - Strong understanding of machine learning principles, model development methodologies, and deployment strategies - Hands-on knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms - Experience with time series models, unstructured data analysis using NLP/Text Mining techniques, and building machine learning pipelines - Proficient in PySpark, SQL (Python/R), Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MS Excel, PowerPoint - Good to have experience with Tableau and Hive Company Details (if present): The TTS Analytics team at Citi provides analytical insights to various functions within the global Treasury & Trade Services business. They focus on driving acquisitions, cross-sell, revenue growth, and improvements in client experience by extracting relevant insights, identifying business opportunities, building predictive models, and designing go-to-market strategies for different business problems.,
