Data Quality - BSA

You are a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 6+ years of experience, possessing a strong background in Salesforce, data quality, and SQL. You should have hands-on experience in testing or QA within Salesforce environments and a solid understanding of data governance and quality assurance best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce applications. Your responsibilities will include performing end-to-end testing and validation of Salesforce configurations, data flows, and integrations. You will define and implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems. Additionally, you will be required to write and execute complex SQL queries to support data analysis, testing, and reporting. Documenting test cases, data validation rules, and business processes will also be a part of your responsibilities. You should be prepared to assist with root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or QA/tester in Salesforce projects and a strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and best practices. Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries is essential. Familiarity with data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and documentation abilities are required for this role.
