Data & Product Analyst

As a Data & Product Analyst at Kodo, you will play a crucial role in supporting data reconciliation, automation, reporting infrastructure, and tooling across financial systems. This position is a blend of finance and engineering, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and timely delivery of operational insights. The role is based in our Mumbai office, offering a dynamic work environment. Your key responsibilities will include investigating and resolving mismatches in invoices, failed transactions, and data inconsistencies, performing periodic checks and validations on financial data, maintaining and updating operational dashboards and static reports, preparing recurring metrics reports, developing and maintaining scripts for data automation, supporting deployment readiness, managing onboarding and offboarding for internal technical tools, and performing basic database operations. To excel in this role, you must have strong SQL skills, proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages, hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools like Metabase or Excel, and experience reconciling financial or transactional data from APIs or files. Exposure to cloud storage systems, log monitoring or analysis, DevOps processes, and CI/CD tools would be advantageous. An understanding of data accuracy, governance, and internal controls is also beneficial.
