Job Summary:

Data Platform Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Implementation

  : Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms using Python, APIs, and modern data technologies.

• GenAI Integration

  : Apply GenAI tools for code generation, SQL optimization, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation.

• Infrastructure Coordination

  : Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and performance of data solutions.

• Customer Engagement

  : Act as a technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

• Problem Solving

  : Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex data issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.

• Platform Modernization

  : Drive initiatives around cloud migration, real-time data processing, and AI-powered data monitoring.

• Team Leadership

  : Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or platform architecture.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  , RESTful API development, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with

  GenAI tools

  (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Databricks AI functions).
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data stacks.
• Strong coordination skills with infrastructure and customer-facing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehouse technologies (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems and autonomous data monitoring.
• Background in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
