Job Description

We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to support our Title Insurance team in identifying property owners based on deed documents. This is a non-voice process requiring a high level of accuracy and familiarity with US Title insurance and title search terminology.

Responsibilities:

Review deed abstracts provided for title orders
Identify and confirm current ownership details
Update / amend owner data in title production software
Maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity
Escalate unclear ownership info for internal review
Meet productivity targets with quality standards

Key Skills:

Strong English typing skills (minimum 40 wpm with high accuracy)
Familiarity with US Title Insurance process
Ability to read and understand Deed documents
Working knowledge of software like TrackerPro, Qualia, or similar is a plus
Detail-oriented and organized
Prior experience in Title Search, Typing, or Data Entry for US mortgage/title industry preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline
13 years of experience in US Title Search / Title Insurance domain
Excellent reading and typing speed in English
Prior experience in deed or abstract review will be an added advantage
