As we expand our team, we're looking for a Title Processor who is experienced in using TrackerPro and can thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment. --- Key Responsibilities: - Create new title orders in TrackerPro - Ordering searches and amending Schedule A & B as required by clients - Ensure title commitments are updated accurately and efficiently - Communicate professionally with clients or stakeholders to provide timely updates on title progress - Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks - Manage multiple title files and deadlines concurrently --- Requirements: - Mandatory experience with TrackerPro software - Proven ability to create, amend, and update Schedule B documents - Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and punctuation - Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting - Previous experience in U.S. title processing is preferred --- What We Offer: - Remote work flexibility - Opportunity to work with a dynamic, growing team - Competitive compensation based on experience - Training and support to advance your career --- To Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover note detailing your experience with TrackerPro to hr@market-capita.com .
