Job Description:

Innovartic Solution is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate with strong expertise in MS Excel and Advanced Excel functions. The ideal candidate should be efficient, accurate, and capable of handling large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel sheets and company databases
• Perform data verification and ensure error-free records
• Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting
• Work with Advanced Excel features such as Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Logical Functions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company data
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Advanced Excel
• Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and related formulas
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry or similar role (Freshers with strong Excel skills can apply)

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in handling large datasets
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills
