You must possess excellent communication skills and have previous experience working in a US shift to be considered for this role. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required. The shift timings for this position are from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift). Please only apply if you are comfortable with working during night hours. As a Master Data Specialist, your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining master data such as material master, vendor master, customer master, and pricing master. It is crucial to ensure that the master data is always updated, consistent, and well-organized. You will be responsible for executing assigned steps in the addition, change, and de-activation processes for master data records. Using the appropriate reporting tools, you will monitor data accuracy and synchronization across various systems. In case of data issues or discrepancies, you will troubleshoot and resolve them promptly. To meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), you will process master data requests efficiently. Additionally, you will be expected to identify process and solution requirements for the master data management process and implement them effectively.
