Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

Techno-Functional Consultant / Data Modeler BI

Key Responsibilities

Architect layered data models (LSA / Medallion) ensuring scalability, quality & performance.
Design, optimize, and maintain
data dictionaries, glossaries, and ERDs.
Translate business requirements into
technical specifications, KPIs & metrics.
Lead and manage data projects in an
Agile framework.
Collaborate with BI consultants, analysts, IT, and governance teams.
Define testing strategy, ensure
data quality & integrity.
Enable
self-service BI
and reduce dashboard/report development timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years experience in
Data Modeling, BI & Data Warehousing.
Strong knowledge of
SQL (Advanced queries, stored procedures, tuning), RDBMS.
Hands-on experience with
ETL tools
(SAP Data Services / IBM DataStage / AWS Glue).
Expertise in
ER Modeling
(Conceptual, Logical, Physical) using tools like ERWin/ER Studio.
Experience with
Reporting Tools
: Tableau / Power BI / AWS Quicksight.
Domain expertise in
Retail / Manufacturing / HR / Finance.
Exposure to
Salesforce Customer Data Cloud
(preferred).
Good to have:
Predictive / Statistical Data Modelling.

Education

Post-Graduation / Engineering
