In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by the technical teams and departments. This involves focusing on a 360-degree commercial strategy to introduce new products to the market and enhance clients" usage and experience with existing products. As a BI Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making, and then develop BI solutions based on those insights. Your main focus area will involve analyzing business needs, followed by designing and developing end-to-end BI dashboards using Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Server, and Cloud). Additionally, you will lead and manage BI projects to ensure timely delivery in alignment with business objectives. This role is a crucial part of the BI team, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with other team members, synchronize efforts, and share knowledge effectively. We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, creating BI solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a solid background in Tableau, and a genuine passion for data analysis. To succeed in this role, you will be expected to: - Collaborate closely with other BI team members to maintain alignment and knowledge sharing. - Transform data into valuable insights that facilitate better decision-making within the company. - Develop and manage BI tools and reports to meet business requirements. - Engage with global stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings effectively. - Utilize your expertise in Tableau to create clear and informative data visualizations. - Communicate efficiently with diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical. To excel in this role, we seek individuals with: - Over 5 years of proven experience in leading teams of individual contributors or leaders. - Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Strong ability to translate client briefs into strategic media plans, platform setups, and targeting recommendations. - Demonstrated capability to work independently and manage BI projects from inception to completion. - Hands-on experience in Python, Airflow, or knowledge of AI tools and frameworks will be advantageous. - Practical expertise in the Tableau ecosystem, including Tableau Desktop, Prep, Server, and Cloud. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly.
