Job Description

Location: Pan India We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data models to support business insights and data governance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data quality analysis . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop dimensional data models applying industry best practices. Build and maintain data warehouses & data marts (on Cloud) with a focus on data profiling and quality analysis. Translate business requirements into Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models, including star, snowflake, and Data Vault 2.0 models. Create and maintain Source-to-Target Data Mapping documents , including entities, attributes, relationships, keys, business rules, and glossary terms. Establish standard naming conventions and coding best practices to ensure consistency across data models. Capture and document data dictionaries for enterprise databases. Work with development teams to implement data strategies, data flows, and conceptual models . Optimize and update logical and physical data models for data warehouses and BI systems . Perform data profiling, business domain modeling, and performance optimization for large data warehouse solutions. Conduct metadata analysis, relationship/usage mapping, and boundary validation to ensure high-quality data structures. Create relational and dimensional models for large-scale operational and analytical systems. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Snowflake and dbt is a plus. Strong knowledge of data design, performance optimization, and large-scale data solutions . Ability to analyze and understand business data needs and ensure effective model implementations.
