You are sought after to join as a Data Modeler for a Data Modernization program with a focus on mortgage banking data. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing enterprise-grade data models such as 3NF, Dimensional, and Semantic to cater to analytics and operational needs - Collaborating with business and engineering teams to create data products tailored to business domains - Converting intricate mortgage banking concepts into scalable and flexible models - Ensuring compliance with contemporary data architecture and cloud platforms like Snowflake and DBT - Contributing to the formulation of canonical models and reusable patterns for enterprise-wide utilization To qualify for this role, you should possess: - At least 5 years of experience in data modeling, particularly in the mortgage or financial services sector - Proficiency in 3NF, Dimensional, and Semantic modeling - A solid grasp of data as a product and domain-driven design - Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including Snowflake, DBT, and BI tools would be advantageous - Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams Please note that this position requires your presence onsite in either Hyderabad or Ahmedabad.,
